I am a professional drum & dance performer/instructor specializing in Middle Eastern dance forms and Central & West African & Middle Eastern percussion: Djembe, frame drums and riq. Professional Tribal Fusion Bellydance Instructor and Performer, Certified by Paulette Rees-Denis to teach Gypsy Caravan Beginning Level 1 & 2 format, Certified Pilates Mat Instructor, developed and trademarked Bellates(TM) (Pilates for Bellydancers), Artistic Director of the GypsiKelts Dance Clan, the Shredd! Theatre Troupe, and the Dance Devas, developed my own brand of fusion called “GypsiKelt Fusion” - a blend of Middle Eastern, Tribal, Romany, and Irish dance, Dance Facilitator for GO PURE (Greater Orlando Public Urban Ritual Experiment), wife to the extraordinarily talented percussionist: Greywolf! - who I perform with as “Djembelly”, and mom to 1 teenager, 3 semi-domesticated woofies plus 1 puppy and 3 kitties and some feral ones outside. :-)

I am recovering from 2 car accidents that were not my fault,caused by drunk drivers both times. These injuries have challenged me for 5 years, but I am back to dancing and hope to keep it that way. I totally believe in holistic health and fitness and in the healing power of music, rhythm, and movement.
